Public Address System is centralized announcement system installed in Hospital which enable Code Blue Announce in case of Cardic Emergency. Public Address System also enable other emergency announcements in case of catastrophic incidents like fire and earthquake etc. System is also being used for general public announcements on daily basis.A public address system (PAS) is an electronic system comprising microphones, amplifiers, loudspeakers, and related equipment. It increases the apparent volume (loudness) of a human voice, musical instrument, or other acoustic sound source or recorded sound or music. PA systems are used in any public venue that requires that an announcer, performer, etc. be sufficiently audible at a distance or over a large area. Typical applications include sports stadiums, public transportation vehicles and facilities, and live or recorded music venues and events. A PAS may include multiple microphones or other sound sources, a mixing console to combine and modify multiple sources, and multiple amplifiers and loudspeakers for louder volume or wider distribution System is a centralized announcement system with speakers at 20 different locations of hospital including all nursing stations, waiting areas, OPDs, Central Registration Point, Medicine Store Emergency, and Operation Theater. It is used for Code Blue and other emergency / important announcement to Hospital Staff, Patients, and attendants present anywhere in hospital. Code Blue means announcement of serious patients. Important announcement which are made on regular basis.
